He is survived by: his mother Patricia Herrera of Clayton; his stepmother Elizabeth Romero of Texhoma; his sons, Samuel Miera of Clayton and Jude Romero of Clayton; his sisters, Caitlyn Romero of Woodward, Savanna Miera of Clayton, Victoria Miera of Clayton, Justice Miera of Clayton, Annie Miera of Clayton and Angelyssa Miera of Clayton; his grandparents, Tony and Gail Herrera of Clayton; his niece Josiphine Burlingham; and his godparents, Chris and Vicky Herrera of Texline. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
