He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Grady Hine and Nannie Bell Hine (Robinson); and his siblings, Ocie E. Hood, Betty Newton and Roger Grady Hine, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Barber of Roswell; his grandchildren, Jackie Czosnowski of Roswell, Nichelle Hellums (Wayne) of Roswell and Gaige Barber of Roswell; his great grandchildren, Lane Hellums of Roswell and Landon Hellums of Roswell; and his brother Robert Hine (Roberta) of Albuquerque.
