He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Allen Laughter, Sr. and Lenore Olive Laughter Foster (Spriggs); and his cousin Karl Spriggs. He is survived by: his son Robert Andrew Foster; his granddaughter Mikayle; his foster brother Jerry Don Laughter (Linda Sandusky); his sisters, Willie Jean Schnitz and Darlene Latrease Sellers (Kim); his cousins, Bill Spriggs, Leon and Sherry Miller; his uncle Elmer Laughter (Helen); and his aunts, Cleona Spriggs and Edna Spriggs.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hass Funeral Directors, Inc. (324 Main St, Clayton, NM 88415).
