He is survived by: his children, Carrie Merreline (Jim Kerr), Boyd Murphy (Joyce), Douglas Murphy (Tom Lee) and Phyllis Murphy (Paul Mazel); and his grandchildren, David Cain, Heather McCall (Jonas), Cambi Mann (Sean) and Collin Murphy (Jill). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
