David Virgil Sowers Obituary

Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Carrington Sowers and Jimmie Nell Sowers (Craft); and his son Jason Sowers. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sowers (Sewell) of Clayton; his sons, Will Sowers (CiCi) of Clayton and Zachary Sowers of Clayton; his grandchildren, Reagan Sowers, Collin Sowers, Calvin Sowers, Luke Sowers and Lincoln Sowers; and his brother-in-law Dennis Sewell of Clayton.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sowers Ranch (21 Sowers Rd, Clayton, NM 88415).
