He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Alton Maness, II and Lela Vianna Maness (Risley); his son Richard; the mother of his children Caroline; his brothers, Don and Lloyd; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Sue.
He is survived by: his daughter Jackie (J. W.); his daughter-in-law Gayle; and his grandson Tate (Vanessa). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends.
