He was predeceased by: his parent Celsa Martinez (Trujillo); his siblings, Anselmo, Alicia Glass, Gavino, Hector, Natalia Moya, Eluid, Orlando and Lorenzo; and his son Timothy Dennis Martinez.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Steven Cordova and Lynnae Renteria; his siblings, Lita and Bobby; his daughter Tammy; and the mother of his children Gloria. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
