He is survived by: his wife Evie Chavez; his grandchildren, Patrick (Kristina), Steven and Savannah; his great grandchildren, Kathy Duran and Daniel Sanchez; his grandchildren, Theresa Chavez, Chantal Leau, Sarayah Martinez and Daniel Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Hailey Chavez, Maya Chavez, Patrick Jr. Chavez and Kehlani Leau; his friend Dennis Duran; and his nephews, Zachary and Cippy Martinez. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
