She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Martinez and Beatrice Martinez; her son Johnny James Medina (Sonny); and her brother Vicente Martinez Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Medina; her children, Lorna Salazar (Joe), Ray Medina and Tim Medina (Claudette); her grandchildren, Charles Salazar, Adam Salazar, Jacob Medina, Ryan Salazar, Dominic Medina, Kristy Medina and Mariana Medina; her sisters, Cecilia Casias, Connie Vigil, Loretta Martinez and Marcella Garduno; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Durouin and Liz Jones.
A rosary was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Family Parish (1440 Private Drive, NM-76 #10, Chimayo, NM 87522). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
