She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolfo Chavez and Inomia Montano; her husband Manuel "Butch" Martinez; her siblings, Don Gallegos and Rosabra Quintana (Manuel); and her grandson Tim Justice.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mabel Chavez, Mary "Chon" Pacheco (Robert), Elisena "Chena" Martinez (Santiago), Adolfo "Pops" Chavez Jr. and Jo Pat Chavez; and her children, Daphne Charvet (Joel) of Rockledge, FL., Manuel Martinez, Jr. and Beatriz Martinez. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
