He is survived by: his son Ruben Salazar; and his siblings, Evelyn Quintana (Dan), Carl Salazar (Rosemary), Elva Sanchez, Florence Atchley (Howard), Annabelle Torres, Jimmy Salazar (Vickie), Gloria Chandler, Edna Mascareñas (Kelly) and Wilma Martinez (George). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and relatives.
