He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Anaya and Josie Anaya; his niece Veronica Broglie; and his nephews, David Oney, William and Joey Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Richard and Samantha Thompson (Joseph); his siblings, Art, Apolonia, Toni and Jim Sr.; his nephew Jim Jr.; and his niece Tina Anaya. He is also survived by 11 Nephews & Nieces, 10 Great Nephews & Nieces.
