Opal Hill Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2018, at the age of 75, Opal Hill (Carrizozo, New Mexico) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Opal Hill to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, Andrew McBrayer and Eunice McBrayer; her children, Cristabel Barnes (Randy) of Tucson, AZ, Annette Vega of Carrizozo, NM., Walter Hill (Becky) of Carrizozo, NM. and Phil Hill of Carrizozo, NM.; and her great grandchildren, Meleah Barns (Bryan), Arthur Barnes (Jackie), Sonny Vega (Talisha), Kinsey Vega (Lucy), Erica Vega, Joanna Vega, Ashley Hill, Anna-Leah Hill and Lawrence Hill.
Services will be held at the Capitan Church of Christ (420 Lincoln Avenue) on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., preceded by a viewing at 10:15 A.M. Lunch will be served following the funeral, then a graveside service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Carrizozo at 2:00 P.M. If you wish to donate in lieu of flowers, Opal’s favorite charity was Manuelito Navajo Children’s Home, P.O. Box 58, Gallup, NM 87305.
