He was predeceased by: his mother Cheri Patricia Northcutt; and his stepmother Pauline Northcutt. He is survived by: his spouse Connie; his stepchildren, Michelle Valencia, Michael Silva, Jaime Silvan, Diana Kiser and James Lee SIlva; his father James David Northcutt; his siblings, Christopher, Charles Northcutt and Kimberly (Ray Jasso); and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Padilla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
