He was predeceased by: his parents, Junius Jewett and Helen Jewett; and his siblings, Orin Jewett and Lillian "Chat" Jewett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Jewett (Ormsby); his children, Shawn Marie Jewett and Mathew David Jewett (Gail); his cousin Toni Freeman; and his grandchildren, Maximillan (Shawn), Dillon (Shawn), Emilia (Mathew), Mathew (Mathew) and Liam (Mathew). He is also survived by brother-in-law and his beloved sisters-in-law as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
