He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joe and Adele Joe; his wife Jane Robb of Carlsbad; and his granddaughter Danica Overmoe. He is survived by: his sister Audrey Joe of Aurora, CO; his children, Debra Carruthers of Eagle, ID, Gary Joe (Karen) of Chatham, IL and Deana Overmoe (David) of Hawley, MN; his grandchildren, Lyndee Joe, Bill Joe, Ryan Joe (Kelli), Michael Carruthers, Samuel Overmoe and Sarah Overmoe; and his great grandchildren, Cora Joe and Willa Joe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
