He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Painter; and his siblings, Charles, Gary, Carl Chester, Walter, Harold Painter and Jean Poggemiller.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Myers (Andy), Laura Mason (Steve) and Gregory Painter; his grandchildren, Eric Painter, Christina Myers, Crystal Myers, Brytany Keith, Candice Stacy, Destiny Mason, Cory Painter and Cassandra Painter; and his brother Gordon Ray Painter. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
