He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hines, Jr. and Eileen Neville; and his brother Charles Hines, III. He is survived by: his wife Minda Hines (Dean); his daughters, Robyn L. Roberson and Kelley M. McCarty; and his sister Mary Walker. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Funeral Home Chapel (401 N Guadalupe St, Carlsbad, NM 88220). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carlsbad Cemetery (1506 Boyd Dr, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
