He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Johnson and Bette Marie Johnson (Sheffield); his father-in-law John "Butch" Mason; his grandfather-in-law Mattie Lee Hinton; and also Jim Sanders.
He is survived by: his spouse Salli Mason; and also Ted.
