Davis, TX and Mark Otoupal; his granddaughters, Annie Durbin (Jeff Dodson), Tiffany Hooten (Keisha Otoupal), Jessica (Peter Otoupal), Emily and Chelsea (Gage Beningo); and his great grandchildren, Isaac Durbin, Tyler Glidewell, Phil Bridges, Lee Bridges (Beth), Sam Bridges (Cindy), Jeff Bridges (Missie) and Theresa Bridges.
