She was predeceased by: her father Edwin T. Collins; her grandparents, Harry, Marina Collins, Librada Hernandez, Omar De and Santos; and her uncle Omar Santos Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Awais Qarni of Medran, Pakistan; her daughter McKenzie Faye Page; her mother Sylvia Downing (Santos); her stepfather Randall F. Downing; her siblings, Elaine April Wilson (Brandon), Jason Tom Collins (Monica), Matthew Collins (Andrea), Monica Lorraine Kouadri, Lofti, Summer Durham (William) and Dustin Downing; her stepgrandmother Doris "Mimi" Downing; and her nieces and nephews, Diego Adame, Mashayla Adame, Angel Adame, Emily Wilson, Grayson Wilson, Haley Collins, Heidi Collins, Trinity Collins, Isabella Collins, Andres Duran, Erika Rose Adame and Dexter Durham.
