It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy Carrasco Vasquez (Carlsbad, New Mexico), who passed away on February 21, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Juan G. Vasquez; and his brother Johnny R. Vasquez. He is survived by: his mother Eva Vasquez (Carrasco) of Carlsbad; his sisters, Christina Walker of Carlsbad, Roseann Romero of Capitan, NM, Liz Nedler of Albuquerque, NM and Mary Morales of Carlsbad; and his nieces, Danielle Vasquez, Lindsey Walker and Adrianna Romero.
