He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudie Frederick and Roxie Frederick; and his siblings, Floyd, Michael Frederick and Maxine Frederick.
He is survived by: his friends, Rusty Glanton, David Smith, Kevin Frederick and Ronald; his wife Brenda Frederick; his son David Frederick (Shawna); his grandchildren, Nichole, Alexander and Ethan Frederick; and his siblings, Juanita Witt, Larry Frederick (Nikki), Donald Frederick (Carolyn) and Claudette Easley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
