He was predeceased by: his father Claudine C. Bailey; and his brother Phillip Wayne "Butch" Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Laura Bailey of Carlsbad, NM; his daughter Shawna McKinsey (Jeff) of Gillette, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Colton, Triston, Dalton and Kaitlynn; his sisters, Jeannie Gibson of Carlsbad, NM and Connie Hunt (Reed) of Cloudcroft, NM; and his uncle Bob Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
