He is survived by: his children, Mike Welch (Deanna) of Carlsbad, NM and Wendy Chesser (Rody) of San Angelo, Texas; his grandchildren, TaNessa Sedillo (David), TaLynn Harvey (Riley), TaBree Welch, Shelby Welch, Kyra Wallace (Spencer), David Chesser, Katie Chesser, Josie Chesser and Julia Chesser; his great grandchildren, David, Dominic, Derrick, Rynlee Sedillo, Hath Harvey and Ruston Wallace; and his sister Patty Neinast (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
