He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Ramirez and Elpedia Ramirez; and his brother Fernando Ramirez. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ramirez of Carlsbad, NM; his children, Christa Mill (Ian) of Houston, TX, Analissa Drummond (Chris) of Albuquerque, NM, Linda Warren of Louisville, KY and Joe Ramirez (Alice) of Carlsbad, NM; and his siblings, H. R. Ramirez (Alice) of Slayton, NM, Joe Ramirez (Gloria) of Amarillo, TX and Felipa Rivera of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
