He was predeceased by: his daughter Zoe Noel Methola Carr; his brothers, Fathers, Jerry and Raymond Methola; and his mother Amelia Methola.
He is survived by: his significant other Jessica Trujillo; his sons, Ayden Methola and Jackson Cobb; his siblings, Tomas (DeAndrea Methola), Destiny Methola and Ashley Martin; his nieces, Mia and Ella Methola; his grandparents, Armando and Emma Hernandez; his aunts and uncles, Sam, JoAnn Fierro and Roddy Gonzalez; and his cousins, Samuel Fierro, Dustin, Brittany Nijar, Clay and Chelsea Davis.
