She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorcy Lynn and Patsy West (Clark); her son Chance Allen Adcox; and her brother Robby Harper. She is survived by: her husband Mike Adcox; her children, Shawna Newman (David), Michelle Shuler (Steven), Michael O'Neil (Kim), Freedom Fields (Sandy), Beau Adcox, Robby Adcox and Toby Adcox; her stepfather Rev. Bob Harper; her grandchildren, Andrew, Adrian, Alston, Hannah Sky, Ashlyn, Colby, Allison, Ellableu and Ian; her great grandchild Zayden; and her brothers, Jimmy Lynn West and Ronnie Harper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
