She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Magby and Jean Magby; and her brothers, Steve and Dennis. She is survived by: her husband Frank Ballard; her children, Raeleen Reed (Terry) and Tim Ballard (Alison); her grandchildren, Sam and Gracie Ballard; and her sister Melba Phillips (Tommy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cavern Baptist Church (110 Russell St, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
