She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; and her sister Willa Jean Thomas. She is survived by: her wife Dorothy Perkowski; her granddaughter Mayme Kate Perkowski; and also Lisa Perkowski (Jo Givens). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
