He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion "Bud" Chaffin and LaVerne Breedlove Chaffin; his brother-in-law Sam Hodges; his wife Katrina Chaffin of Carlsbad; his stepchildren, Paige, Regan Davis and Ryan Davis; his sister Jill Hodges; his nieces, Cari Coy (Matt) and Casey Hodges; his nephew Cody Hodges (Jessica); his great-nephews, Tyson and Tanner; his great-niece Ellie; his brother-in-law Mike Brannan (Kim); his nephew Marc; and his nieces, Madison, Morgan and Addyson. He was also cherished by his sister, nieces, and nephews.
