She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Stout and Mattie Stout (Epperson); her husband Otis Price; and her children, Euline Smith, Glenn Price and Winston Price.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Sue McDonald of Carlsbad and Henry Price of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and friends.
