She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee and Emma Ruth White (Howard); her husband Ray Edmond Dugger Jr.; her son Bob White Dugger; and her brothers, Jack Howard White Sr. and Bob Gardner White.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Dugger (Sheryl) and Charles Dugger (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Jason Dugger (Marlene), Taylor Dugger (Kris Mullins), Erin Hicks (Kyle), Vicki Cirbo (Justin), Chip Dugger, Amber Dugger (Carl Marquis) and Michael Dugger (Judy Scheinhaus). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
