He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dorado Sr. and Sandra Echavarría (Reinhart); and his grandparents, Reyes, Crescencia Dorado, Claude and Leandra Reinhart.
He is survived by: his children, J. Dorado of Carlsbad, NM., Megan Dorado of Carlsbad, NM., Christopher Dorado of Carlsbad, NM. and Mei-Ling Sing of Carlsbad, NM.; his stepfather Manuel Echavarría of Carlsbad; and his siblings, Frank Dorado Jr. of Fayetteville, NC, Ruben Echavarria, Michael Echavarria of Carlsbad, Eloisa Dorado of Wichita Falls, TX., Denise Cerna of Carlsbad and Amanda Pacheco of Artesia. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
