She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Foster and Ada Foster (Price); her husband James C. Bratcher (Pete); her son James C. Bratcher, Jr.; her siblings, Charles Foster and Joyce Houghtling; and her granddaughter Mandy Bratcher.
She is survived by: her children, David Bratcher (Angela) of Artesia, Jack Bratcher (Sue) of Farmington, NM, John Bratcher of Artesia, Earl Bratcher of Artesia and Susan Robinson of Hobbs, NM; and her sister Kay Windham of Roswell, NM. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
