Mandy Baeza Teague Obituary

Mandy Baeza Teague 24 of Carlsbad New Mexico passed away at her home on Tuesday November 2, 2021. Visitation will be 5 PM - 7 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Denton-Wood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Otis Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.

She was born on May 1, 1997, to Linda Huerta & Oscar Baeza in Santa Cruz, California. Mandy moved to Artesia, NM when she was 7 years old. She attended Artesia High School there and that is where she met the love of her life, her husband Braxton Teague. Mandy was preceded in death by her grandma, Emma Baeza; grandpa, Juan Huerta and aunt, Olga Baeza.

She is survived by her husband, Braxton Teague of Carlsbad, NM and two daughters: Annalisia Teague and Peyton Teague. She is also survived by her mother, Linda Huerta & boyfriend, Chris Huerta of Artesia NM; her father, Oscar Baeza of Roswell, NM; sisters: Celeste Baeza and boyfriend, Nicholas Rodriguez of Roswell, NM, Leslie Rivera and husband, Carlos Rivera of Roswell, NM.

She is also survived by her grandpa, Isidro Baeza of Santa Cruz, California and grandma, Ernestina Villegas of Artesia, NM; her nieces, nephews, in laws, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Mandy was an amazing wife mother daughter, and sister whom we all will miss very much. She had the most beautiful smile and laugh we will never forget it.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Teague, Carlos Rivera, Sabino Martinez, Samuel Strode, Nicholas Rodriguez, And Diondre Ochoa.
