He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Williams and Martha Williams (Snell); and his siblings, Charles Williams and Carol Williams. He is survived by: his children, Dewayne Williams, Dylan Ham, Joann Williams, MaryAnn Williams, Ariel Williams and Jessi Ham; and his sisters, Lois Alvarado, Wanda Williams, Rhonda Kidd and Glenda Allen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
