She is survived by: her husband Blaine Hayes; her children, Alan Van Vliet (Michelle) and Joyce Crider (Rick); her stepson Theodore Hayes (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Philip Huston (Diana), Danielle Crider, Natalie Milner (Shane), Isaiah Hayes and Trinity Hayes; her great grandchildren, Abigail Huston, Hannah Huston, Naomi Huston and Benjamin Milner; and her siblings, Yvonne Greer and Jerry Krohn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
