He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis John Schierholt and Bernice Marie Schierholt (Rhodes); his stepmother Juanita Ridgeway Schierholt; his daughter Nickolle Schierholt Finn; and his stepbrothers, Robert and Kemp Schierholt.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Schierholt of Carlsbad, NM; his daughters, Lisa Marie Schierholt of Carlsbad, NM and Danielle Jon Burton (Tony) of Carlsbad, NM; his brothers, Jerry Schierholt (Barbara) of Nevada and Glenn Schierholt (Lori) of Nevada; and his stepsister Gayle York of Carlsbad, NM. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
