He is survived by: his spouse Lonna Wade; his children, Keith Wade (Ray) of Texas, Cynthia Scott of Texas and Lynn Stafford (Jimmy Hood) of Carlsbad; his grandchildren, Brant Peterson, Ashley Hayes (Jason) and Kimberly Stafford; and his great grandchildren, Austin Jennings, Dakota Peterson, Chrisani Stafford, Halynn Stafford, Logan Hayes, Ashlynn Hayes and Alonna Jacks.
