She is survived by: her husband Jerry Evans; her daughter Keri Dawn; her grandchildren, Braxton Bednarz of Cooper, Sydni Bednarz of Cooper, Mace Bednarz of Cooper, Bradon Bednarz of Cooper and Brady Bednarz of Cooper; her siblings, Larry Allison (Mary) and Stormy Jeannine Blankenship (Jody) of Carlsbad; and also Chris Bednarz.
