He is survived by: his sisters, Leonora Brito and Elia Esparsa; and his children, Juan Brito Jr., Jimmy Brito, Francisco Brito, Virginia Brito Hernandez, Nadine Loera and Dora Mendoza. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
