He was predeceased by: his parents, Erminia Pedroza and Teodoro Castillo; his wife Mary Larez Castillo; and his brother Manuel Castillo. He is survived by: his children, Bill L. Castillo, Jose L. Castillo and Virginia C. Estrada of Carlsbad; his grandchildren, Tiffany E. Duran (Jerry), Henry C. Estrada, Jeffery C. Estrada (Kaitlyn), Jeremy S. Estrada and Steven Burruss (Angel); and his great grandchildren, Sharalle Estrada, Adonica Estrada, Arienna Estrada, Kendra Shettler, Jessenia Rodriguez, Jazlynn Duran, Trinity Galvan, Jazmarie Estrada, Isaiah Rodriguez, Jeffery Jr. Estrada and Jayden Estrada. He is also survived by 8 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews as well as several godchildren.
