He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Earl Marrs and Edath Harris Marrs; and his siblings, Clinton Marrs and Beverly Gant. He is survived by: his wife Jimmi Elmore of Carlsbad, NM; his sons, Johnny Marrs (Peggy) of Carlsbad, Greg Marrs of Artesia and Jason Marrs (Isa) of Hopewell Junction, NY; and his grandchildren, Crista Bullock (Brad), Eric Marrs, Cody Marrs (Tinnie), Amanda Kemp (Justin), Maya Marrs and Aaron Marrs. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
