He was predeceased by: his parents, Louisa Lovato and Enrique Olguin; his children, John Olguin and Melissa Olguin Lane; his great grandchild Alyanna Gonzalez; his siblings, Victoriana Olguin, Molly Olguin Nunez, Henry Olguin, Raymond Olguin and Jerry Olguin; his grandparents, Sostena and David Lovato; and his parents-in-law, Ramon and Cruz Chavarria.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Olguin; his sons, Lee Herera and Joe Olguin; his sisters, Clarinda Nunez, Velia Olguin and Angie Olguin; his grandchildren, Anissa Gonzalez, Jarrod Olguin, Kambri Roland, Jordan Chavez, Seth Olguin, Jonah Mathews, Julius "Juju" Mathews, John D. Olguin and Julian Olguin; and his great grandchildren, Karrah, Karlee, Jaylene, Jace, Janelle, Aurora and Kannon. He is also survived by three sons and one daughter.
