He is survived by: his wife Carolyn West; his children, Teresa Shull and Elton; his daughter-in-law Nicole West; his sisters, Patsy Menasco, Wanda Hatch, Norma Cunningham, Ozell Cunningham, Estell Wigley and Terrie Smead; his grandchildren, Joshua Bell, Dakota Shull, Tori Shull, Brenna West, Greyson West and Soren West; and his great grandchildren, Zachariah Bell, Deven York, Ethan Bell, Jaylynn Bell, Andy Shull and Jaxon Shull. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
