It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry M. Armendarez of Carlsbad, New Mexico, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Armendarez; and his brother Jason Armendarez. He is survived by: his father Jesus Armendarez, Sr.; his children, Sheree Armendarez, Jasmine and Jeremy Armendarez; his former wife Sherry Beachum; his siblings, Jackie Armendarez (Alva) of Carlsbad, Jesus Armendarez of Carlsbad, Vivian Valdez of Loving, Viola Gutierrez (Fermin) of Carlsbad and Vanessa Torres (Rudy) of Carlsbad; and his grandchildren, Trae, Zachariah, Jon, Kayden, Jaylene, Arieal and Aviana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
