She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester McNelty and Anna McNelty (Domino); her husband Ray; her grandson Eric Fashawn Williams; and her brothers, L. D. Domino and Frank McNelty.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Williams, Donald Ray, Willie D., James H. and Mark A. "Tony" Williams; and her siblings, Patsy Cameron and John McNelty. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
