She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt McNeil and Bonnie McNeil; and her sister Debra Mae Clegg. She is survived by: her husband Kip; her daughters, Stephanie Arnell (Nate) of Lehi, Sheena Peterson (Cameron) of Carlsbad, NM, Brittney Prete (Brandon) of Springville and Lisa Jagtiani (Sunny) of Spanish Fork; and her sisters, Lori Atkinson (Rod) and Brenda Hicken (Craig). She is also survived by her husband, her four daughters and her 11 grandchildren.
