Carmel, IL and Lauren Sevena Lewis of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Ivy Lynne Lewis and Hazel Beverly Lewis of Mt. Carmel, IL; and his siblings, Tony Lewis (Jeanette) of El Paso, TX, Tamera Robertson (Kelby) of Wink, TX, Tia Mills (Stacy) of Carlsbad, NM and Deon Kempler (Jimmy) of St. Cloud, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
